Go vegan or go dry – which will it be this January 2021?

Now, more than ever, we have time to spend to reflect on life and how we live it. And this month many people are doing just that by going vegan or going dry… or both!

Veganuary

Veganuary started in 2014 and has exploded to such a degree that around one million people in 192 countries go vegan in January and many of them never look back! Why would you when you’ve become a healthier, more energetic and more environmentally conscious version of your former self?

The quest for a world without animal farms and slaughterhouses is ongoing, but with health and animal welfare at the top of Veganuary participants’ priorities, an end may one day be in sight. Meanwhile, a world where food production does not decimate forests, pollute rivers and oceans or drive animal extinction is one we all strive for, making awareness and education so vital.

Dry January

Too many tipples over the festive period are common, but when they all merge into one extended habit, Dry January is thankfully here to help!

Not yet started? Now’s the time. As one testimonial clearly explains:

“My appetite was poor, my anxiety was through the roof and my blood sugars were high. I decided to do Dry January… The benefits have changed my life. It’s like a light bulb has finally been switched on!”

We know it isn’t easy but a visit to the Dry January website can help with tips, quizzes and inspiration to set you on your way. There’s even access to the free Try Dry app so you can stay on top of things.

It really is never too late to feel great. Try going vegan or dry NOW and, who knows, you may never look back!
